This privacy policy explains how Sanmita Inc, 102H Commonwealth Ct, Cary NC 27511, USA (“Sanmita” or “we”) handles your personal data collected throughout Sanmita’s web sites. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, for example, your name, address, phone number or email address. This privacy policy does not apply to information collected offline.

Children under the age of 13
The vast majority of Sanmita websites does not target and is not intended for children under the age of 13. Sanmita values the privacy needs of these children and encourages parents to be an active participant in their child’s online activities and interests. We abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) requirements. Sanmita websites that do not target children will not knowingly collect data from them. If we discover personal data from a child that has been provided through a Sanmita website that is targeted to adults and older children, we will eliminate that data.
A few portions of Sanmita’s Education Research websites may include material targeted to children under the age of 13 as part of a broader family audience target. When the collection of personal data is involved, those specific web pages will be clearly identified, and will require that a parent’s or guardian’s permission is secured when required by COPPA.
